It has a variety of level, and the player must form as many words as possible in each level to score the points. Unlike other traditional role-playing games, where the player must damage his competitors with magic or arms, foes in the game are killed by forming words. Both the playable character and his adversary loaded with health meters and each battle comprises Lex squaring off against a given enemy. During the gameplay, the player controls the character named as Lex the Bookworm through a series of stages, and fighting against enemies. It has three different modes such as Mini-Games, Adventure and Arena.
It combines the crating words from a grid of letters with role-playing elements. The game serves as the follow-up to the Bookworm focuses on word-forming puzzle gameplay. Zuma has a similar ball-firing mechanic, but is about matching three colours in a snake of similar balls. I like to play it with a crowd gathered around a projector screen at house parties. Specifically, Peggle is a pachinko-like arcade game in which you fire balls to clear pegs, presented in a silly, emphatic style, replete with bombastic blaring of Ode to Joy whenever you clear the final peg.
